TO LIVE THE GOSPEL
AND GROW GENERATIONS
OF FAITHFUL DISCIPLES
A COMMUNITY THAT LOVINGLY WELCOMES ALL PEOPLE
We seek to live the Gospel, grow generations of faithful leaders, and build a sustainable community.
Christ Church Cathedral lovingly welcomes all people to traditional, Episcopal worship to deepen our relationships, serve our community, and grow closer to God.
WELCOME TO CHRIST CHURCH CATHEDRAL
Christ Church Cathedral offers a safe environment
and engaging worship that helps us grow closer to God.
We strive to make this a gracious, nurturing, and inclusive place.
We want all members of the Cathedral family and our visitors to feel at home.
People from all walks of life and faiths are welcome to worship.
THERE IS A PLACE FOR YOU HERE
New to Mobile? Unfamiliar with the Episcopal Church, or Christianity? Welcome.
Whoever you are, wherever you are on your spiritual journey, the members of the Cathedral family hope that your experience here will strengthen and encourage you.
As you browse our website, you may consider visiting us for worship, attending our annual newcomers brunch, sign up for our inquirer's class, subscribe to our weekly emails--there is no cost, no obligation, and we will not share your email with outside groups.
Do as much or as little as you like. There are no requirements for being a part of our community of faith. If you want to be baptized, confirmed, or transferred from another Episcopal parish, we would love to have you--but, it's not required. Everything we do is open to all.
Here is an on-line visitor card--it is not required, but it helps us be more responsive to you!

As the Cathedral family continues to grow—both numerically and spiritually—we find ourselves called to re-imagine and re-design some of our core ministries.
We do this in order to meet changing needs and to adapt to changing ways of living, but most importantly we do this to continue to grow into our baptismal promises to “proclaim by word and example the Good News of God in Christ” and to ‘seek and serve Christ in all persons,” as well as, to “respect the dignity of every human being.”
