ALL SAINTS SUNDAY
All Saints' Sunday
November 5, 2023
All Saints’ Sunday service is a day to remember those who have gone before. We often think of saints as people of extraordinary virtue leading Christ-like lives, but in the earliest days of the church, all baptized Christians were referred to as saints. On All Saints’ Sunday, we remember the “communion of saints,” many of whom are people we knew and loved. On this day we are mindful of those who have died in the past year. If you have lost a loved one since last All Saints’ Sunday, you are especially invited to attend.
Parishioners who have died will be included in our prayers, but if you have a loved one who might not be on our parish list, please make a note and include it in the alms basin or send an email to Melissa Hicks.
