Chapter
The Vestry is the governing board of Episcopal Churches.  Cathedrals have a Vestry and a Chapter which is comprised of the members of the Vestry and members representative of the other parishes in the diocese.  The Vestry is responsible for financial oversight, for the care of our buildings and for helping the Dean in fulfilling our mission and achieving our vision. Vestry members are elected by the congregation for three-year terms. Vestry members also act as liaisons with various other committees and commissions.
